Please be advised that all co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance payments are due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
Unfortunately, most insurance carriers do not assist with laser vision correction procedures. To help make your treatment more affordable, we have a variety of payment plans available to you:
